I met with Dr Lairson on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2020. Having spent a significant amount of my professional career working in hospital on a psychiatric unit, I am particular about doctors, how they relate and work with me as a patient. In my professional and personal opinion, Dr Lairson is a keeper. Dr. DeHaan and his team hit all my marks for highly professional, personalized and quality care. They are organized, with terrific protocols and procedures that left no unanswered questions. I felt listened to, cared about and their in-person or telephone contacts were timely and responsive. I had my left knee replaced on 3/9/20 & my right knee replaced on 6/24/20.
