Dr Bettencourt was thorough in his exam, then presented multiple options for treatment that would or should resolve my complaint. He was very clear in explaining each option then it was up to me to decide the route I would take for treatment. This office is a well-oiled machine: little wait time, x-rays taken before you see the Dr so he/she has them in hand during your visit. Assessments made, RX ordered to your pharmacy and a plan for your treatment is made. No complaints at all. Dr DeHaan is personable, knowledgeable and caring. No feeling of rush to judgement. Great clinic!
I called and had an appointment within a few days. The staff was courteous, efficient and very helpful. I required surgery and was scheduled for less than one month out. My weight time in the waiting room was minimal. I highly recommend this practice.

I was pleased with O+F from the very beginning. I broke my ankle and Memphis and had to fly back to Portland. I was in a lot of pain on my first visit and I started crying while I was waiting to see Davitt. A cast technician came over and brought me a chair to prop up my foot and water. I didn’t even ask.
