The staff is friendly. Anyone who has Dr. Scheschuk as their surgeon is in very good hands.
Dr. Castaneda and his team has failed to take care of me after my surgery. 2 weeks in a row I have requested medication refills and they have taken so long I have had to suffer and do without. 4 days now I have been in major pain and discomfort and all the team can do is message the doctor. It's a joke at this point and I have requested a new doctor to take over my care until released. No doctor should have a license that can not take care of their patients needs in a timely manor. I had fully ruptured my Achilles tendon and my experience started off as good as it can be in this situation. The surgeon and staff were all optimistic and supportive. They took care with my diabetes and up until after the surgery the staff was great. Then came pain management post surgery. I was told I would be given pain medication for the first 3 weeks that would be refilled on a weekly basis. Very good surgeons. I was very pleased with the surgeon Dr. Joseph Scheschuk and the post surgery visit. The entire office staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Scheschuk explained to me in words that was easily understandable. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone that needs orthopedic surgery
