I wanted to provide feedback on my recent appointment at your medical facility. While I found the front desk staff and nurses to be very helpful and accommodating, I was quite disappointed with the excessive wait time. Our scheduled appointment was at 2:00 PM, but we did not get to see the doctor until 2.5 hours later. This extended waiting period significantly impacted our overall experience. The lady Tiffany at the Orthopedic Check- In desk is rude. She has a very palpable underlying attitude and makes it hard to want to ask her more questions. I was 25 minutes late to my appointment, and although so called twice for directions (you can’t call the location directly, only a call center that can message the location about your tardiness) it was still my fault. This was my 1st visit UTSW Ortho Surgery Dept. This campus is huge! I felt lost, but wonderful people helped me find my way to imaging for x-rays. They have so many patients! But the staff are extremely well organized. I want to give a shout out to Raymond who took my x-rays of feet and ankles. He was attentive and fast at setting up/tearing down the various positions where I stood. It took me longer to put my shoes back on and tie laces than it did for Raymond to take the images.
