I agree with the description of the waiting room, had a dingy feeling about it.There were approximately five beds crammed in the pre-op with curtains separating them, other patients were waiting for their surgery. The beds placed so close to each other that the nurses attending to the patient in the next bed would bump into mine. The BIGGEST problem... We respect our patients' privacy, so it's our policy to deal directly with patient issues, by calling the patient involved to resolve any issues. We have discussed Mr. Miller's concerns with him on 2 occasions and written him a letter detailing how his insurance arrived at his balance.

The surgeons and staff are nice. The waiting room is too small. The vending machine and coffee maker are out of date. The office just seems a bit run down so the first impression isn't well done.
Very efficient and professional staff. I’m grateful to have had the choice Of the OSC...for my procedure. Again thanks to each of the staff.
