I will not be returning to OSA due to the poor treatment I received during my recent visit. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, but was kept waiting 15 minutes past my scheduled time, and once brought into the room, I waited an additional 30 minutes with no update. A couple of the staff members were rude, and one technician who took my x-rays made an inappropriate comment that had to do with my weight, which was both unprofessional and hurtful.
