I had both rotator cuffs repaired but their office manger has the personality of a bull dog. She (Lori) completely dropped the ball when it came to my recovery. Now 2 months later and I can’t use my arm. Thank you for the terrible work. I now have to see another Ortho dr.
Dr. Shapiro and his staff were wonderful. I could not have been referred to a better specialist. Thank u Dr. Schneider. He was very thorough and told me what was wrong and how we can fix it. Thank u Dr. Shapiro. I am going to follow ur instructions and hope I don't have to have surgery.
