My daughter has an appointment with orthopedic Dr at 2:45 pm and it is 4:34 pm and we haven’t seen the Dr yet. :(
The surgeons at this facility are top notch! They are so specialized and have done a lifetime of the same surgery that they may be able to it in the dark! Their skills instill comfort. Chris Peer has done total knee replacement for me on both knees. The results made me able to walk again. I need more surgeries on the hand and look forward to appointments with these surgeons. For those with arthritis who want to fix the pain without drugs, this is the place that will make that happen. Impressive doctors!
Awful experience! Drove 2 hours to get to my appointment. 35 minutes after my appointment time I asked how long it would be. She said could be awhile. Doc had a lot of "long conversations" that morning and there were still 2 people in front of me. She suggested I go get lunch while I waited! Left the building. Ran an errand, ate lunch in my car, and they still weren't ready! Finally got called back into the room where I waited another 25 minutes before doc came in. Never again! BTW... Those 2 people "in front of me" showed u... read more

No one ever picks up the phone at this office. I left 2 messages, one on 10/17 and one on 10/25 with my return number-neither call was ever returned. I'm writing this review on 11/13.
