This place seemed nice. But the doctor was horrible. Both times I’ve gone he’s treated me poorly acting like I was just seeking drugs. I didn’t even ask for medication. I needed help and it was a waste of time I called to make sure I could get my knee drained and they said they could but then then they couldn’t once I was there. I would not trust this office with your health and safety. After my knee surgery last year I was prescribed the wrong pain medication after discussing in depth my specific needs. My discharge instructions were incorrect. I was not given the instructions or prescription for physical therapy. The night after my surgery I had an allergic reaction to the medication. My daughter had a very upsetting experience at this office. She was told in the lobby, not privately, that her insurance wasn’t accepted, which was incredibly embarrassing and insensitive. She had completed all the forms online and was never asked for her insurance information beforehand. You would think verifying insurance and checking for prior authorizations would be one of the first steps before a patient walks through the door. The only reguret I have about having this surgery on my back is I waited so long to do it. I love this office, I can't tell you how much better I can walk. I was walking almost a mile the next week. Dr.Gerlach MD and his assistant Susan Hose P.A. are the greatest! Need surgery call this office. They are very compassionate and very helpful. And want you to succeed in living a better life. If you have an orthopedic injury that is urgent and don't want to waste your time in the ER, stop at their urgent clinic or call for an appointment. I had the pleasure to see Dr Schnell. He listened to my concern and gave me a very detailed plan. In a time of pain and unknown, his sure advice and calm demeanor was very reassuring. His PA Brian was great checking strength and stability on my follow-up.
