Waiting an hour in the "waiting area".. This place is always running late!! Some of us don't get paid if we leave early from work!!
I have seen a couple of docs here and Dr. Chen, may he rest in peace, did my surgery on my neck. There is only one doc I don't care for and somedays the wait is ridiculous but overall a great place!
I see Dr Shepard at this group. He and his staff are fabulous. I receive excellent care everytime I'm there and they keep their schedule perfectly. If I have an appointment at 9 a.m. I am pretty much in the room at 9 a.m.. The practice has a huge lobby, plenty of seating and an elevator for those of us that can't use the stairs. The facility is also very clean and very pretty and it just adds to the good experience when you go. I highly recommend Dr Shepherd ,you will not be disappointed.
