Was nervous about a new ortho doctor, but was extremely pleased!!!! Friendly friendly staff loved the whole experience!!!!

I'm still sitting in the lobby waiting to see my doctor. This is 45 minutes later and we are still sitting. The staff has a standard answer, the doctor is running late. The guy next to me has been waiting for an hour. I hope to never return again. Very pitiful �
I have to say that I went to my first appointment yesterday and I love everything about this office and staff!! I really appreciate Dr. Zavala's honesty in telling me about alternative treatments other than just surgery! He was very thorough in his explanations! He explain everything in detail! Him and his assistant know their stuff!! I was impressed! The friendliness of the staff was remarkable!! Definitely recommend this group!
My only suggestion is to add the automatic door open button for the entrance. You're orthopedic specialist, yet your clients on crutches, canes or walkers have to struggle to get in the door. Consider how effective a small change would be.
I had an appointment for 2:50p. Signed in at 2:44p. Was called back about 2 minutes later, took 2 xrays if my foot and back to exam room. About 5 minutes Dr. Tanamachi came in and we talked about what was going on with my foot, looked at my xrays and decided on a treatment plan. I was walking out the door at 3:05p. They referred me to a Physical Therapy group in my area, and they called me to schedule an appointment for the following morning. Could not have been a better experience! Thank you!
