I love it. I love the staff they are nice & personally greet u as u walk in the door� only complaint is the coldness but hey im cold in weather below 85
Dr. Zavala has been amazing with my son after his ACL reconstruction. Great staff as well.
This is the worst clinic for patients. They let you sit out in the waiting room for 2 hours after your appt. That is poor customer service. I went in twice and the first time appt at 250pm and was there at 215pm. Walked out of the clinic at 430pm. after seeing DR Burney. Connie The next appt was at 210pm and showed up at 135pm. At 310pm asked when was i going to be seen. Thw front desk had no idea. I said I have an appt at 330pm and need to leave. They went and told the office manager but after 10 minutes she never showed. My 4 year old daughter injured last week. She has a nom-displaced fracture on her knee which required to wear a cast. Dr. Zavala and his staff were very friendly and caring giving the best medical attention for my daughter making her feel comfortable and stress free through X-ray and putting the cast on which she had the opportunity to pick her favorite color.
