I did my research and I found Dr. Heinrich, I was very comfortable from the beginning. I was at the end of my journey, trying to put off a hip surgery. The surgery went great. The aftercare was even better I was able to do this on an app. I didn’t have to go anywhere. I feel great working out even more then before.
My wife saw Dr. Kay for a hand fracture and we are surprised at the low level of care. He saw her briefly and barely examined her hand. She had to insist he at least look at the temporary splint, which he barely did. He left her in the temp splint from the ER and asked her to come back in 2 weeks, wild! She has been in pain and instinctively feels like the temporary splint is causing further issues that can complicate healing. Lisa, Heinrich's admin, originally scheduled my husband's knee replacement surgery for August 25, 2025, in their office. However, the anesthesiologist determined that the procedure needed to be done at St. David's Medical Center. Lisa called to explain the change in location and told us that the surgery was being moved from August 25 to the 29.
