Very unprofessional people. Has cockroaches and bed bugs in the lobby.
Had surgery at Baptist today staff was excellent. 3 hours after surgery required dressing change called the number listed on discharge paperwork for ortho institute questions or concerns. A woman answered was polite and xferred me to nurse no answer left a vmail. Waited one hour no response called back using redial the woman who answered this time said I had never called and had previously called the wrong place then xferred me to nurse lol, anyway nurse got on and said it prob wasn’t blood it was water from ice pack. Ortho in metro rocks
Had the fortune to have Dr. Romine for a reverse shoulder replacement. From front desk to X-ray and assistants - never seen such kind, extremely professional; empathetic staff. Did I sometimes wait up to 2 hrs - yes! But it did matter esp having Dr. Romine — amazing, gods gift to us Dr Romine! I’ve heard he’s leaving and I cannot fathom the people who will not be able to receive his care ! Thank you Doctor.
