Went to Dr. Port for an ankle/foot issue. They put on a soft-sided, lace boot with many cross-over straps. In less than an hour, the pain for the boot digging in was so bad I had to remove it. I took photo of the skin indented to the bone, called the office for an email to mail them to. I wrote it up, sent the photos and waited for a followup. Crickets.
