Dr. Saslow and his team were amazing. My son had a serious fracture, but Dr. Saslow and his team inspired the confidence and provided the care that was needed. At every visit the front desk was very helpful and explained all my options up front. Clinically, Dr. Saslow and Alicia were very professional, caring and compasionate. If you ever have the misfortune of a bone fracture, I hope you have the fortune of having Dr. Saslow and his team near by to patch you up! Thank you Dr. Saslow and Team!
Awful experience today , I visited for my first check up in regards to my gun shot wound , I was told I’d been there before which I had not and that I was lucky to be alive and suggested Motrin and physical therapy even though I told the dr I was still in lots of pain and already tried those medications and they didn’t work he dismissed me left me with nurse and proceeded on , I’m not sure if it was because my status of insurance or what but I was treated terribly and set me back completely in my mental healing process with ... read more
On March 9th, I broke my hip and was taken by ambulance to St Mary’s Hospital. Upon arrival, the nursing staff and medical crew far exceeded my expectations . Dr. Rami Elkhechen was assigned as my surgeon. Along the way I was informed completely of what to expect. Every discipline in the hospital was kind and courteous and provided me with stellar care . Not only was the office staff rude, Dr Saylor was condescending, unprofessional and did not take my concerns seriously.
