Let me start by saying, the support staff at OA are wonderful to deal with but that's where my positive experience abruptly ends. I had an appointment with Thomas Murray and quickly found out that he is "the best surgeon north of Boston" i mean, i know orthopedics can be arrogant but that was a bold start. I told Thomas of my 18month history of shoulder pain and explained the procedures i had so far. I provide an MRI of my shoulder and radiology reports. Kristin Kramer took charge of a complicated case involving several doctors and labs at several institutions. She did so calmly and with extraordinary focus, and as a result I got excellent diagnosis and treatment. She is really really good and her skill rescued me.
I have gone to Orthopedics Associates. I have had great experience with them over many years. I highly recommend them.
