RecommendedI had broke my hand three weeks ago and a clinic didn't seem to be in a rush at all to help to get a pre-authorization. After 3 weeks,, come to find out, I didn't need a pre-authorization. . I wanted to thank Dolores for helping me over the phone in getting my appointment goin and as frustrated as I was,, thank you Dolores for being very prompt and courteous.. I was frustrated and flustered for arriving late after getting lost and sitting in the wrong doctors office for 20 mins. Maria, Michelle, and Brenda made sure I didn’t loose my appointment time and was still able to see the doctor. They took my frustration in stride and their kindness and understanding made me feel calm and okay. Thank u.
