Dr. Brandon Southam removed a couple of screws from a twelve year old ankle surgery and I couldn't be happier. From the initial consultation through the surgery to the follow up appointment he was professional, courteous, and friendly. I could not have hoped for a better outcome. I hated the hardware in my ankle and had some removed many years ago but the original surgeon wanted to leave the last two screws in. If you are a blue-collar worker that has a very physical job requiring strength and agility DO NOT come to this place. I transferred over to university health hospital system whether it’s through health insurance or a Worker’s Comp. claim and have not had any problems in anyway from the doctor to the nurse to the help. Getting an appointment, scheduling my MRI and follow up visit was seamless. Trying to g wet my surgery scheduled has been a nightmare. They have one person Moe and she doesn’t return phone calls. Better off taking my MRI to another facility that has better follow up.
