Getting an appointment, scheduling my MRI and follow up visit was seamless. Trying to g wet my surgery scheduled has been a nightmare. They have one person Moe and she doesn’t return phone calls. Better off taking my MRI to another facility that has better follow up.
Rushed visit, not alot of explanation of plan for treatment beyond therapy. Felt the dr in rush to get somewhere else. Total time speaking or helping me understand about 3 minutes. Very disappointed.
I came to this area to give a reference on the Physical Therapy department! As soon as you go in they have a lady called Katalina that she is so nasty to people, because of her I never went back because she is disrespectful and I honestly don’t tolerate been treated like that. I will assume I’m not the only one that feels like that about her, I will hope the management of this place will take care of this issue because how she is it’s not professional.
