Excellent group of people. Do their jobs well. Nice surroundings. Especially Dr. David King. Observes. Conservative. Very nice gentleman. Makes you feel at ease.

Sitting here at the moment. Newburgh location. My mother's appointment was at 1pm (got here at 12:55) and it's now 3:01pm and she just not got back to a room! I understand the doctors and staff make their money but think of the patients and their schedules. Doctor running thay far behind is beyond ridiculous, pathetic, and disrespectful. Never again!
I had Dr Lowery and PA Samatha, they were wonderful. Had rotator cuff tear in both shoulder, surgeries were about an year apart. Was treated wonderful. Highly recommend them. Also O A Therapy at WEST side girls are AWESOME
I just left the east side OA and I have never been treated so badly in my life. My family have been patients for years and because of unfortunate circumstances, I have had to get different insurance. The girl that was checking me in made me feel so worthless! She was demeaning and told me since OA was a private company, they can choose which ins carriers to serve and they would never serve mine! I was in tears when I left.
They are always so nice and the wait to see the doctor has never been a long one . They are a fantastic group of people.
Dr. Paul Alley is a lifesaver.. he was the ONLY doctor to find out what was wrong with my foot.. since I had surgery on it. I was able to freely walk again without pain....THANKS DR. ALLEY
