My Orthopedic doctor was Erin. First of all after Checking in I was almost immediately taken back to get x-rays after only a few minutes of sitting in the lobby. after that I went into the examination room, Erin came in within just a few minutes unlike many other doctor’s waiting rooms where you have to sit for 10, 15, 20 minutes sometimes. my knee was hurting really bad. my doctor told me to go to OA ER. checked in. xrays seen doctor. she told me I had a severe arthritis flare up.my knees were bone on bone. she gave me a cortisone shot. very professional. everyone was polite and very nice. the xray tech was great
Great experience from start to finish!! Dr Beck took time to explain what was going on and what treatment was needed. He talked in terms that were easy to understand and made sure I was satisfied before he left the room. And his staff is amazing!!
