I went into the OA urgent care after falling down stairs injuring my ankle. I was refused treatment after finding out that I had an outstanding $400 bill from 2015 that I had no idea I had! Not once did I receive a bill, a collection notice nor is it on my credit report. I was in great pain with my ankle and was turned away as if I didn’t matter. I cannot believe that they would charge $400 for a walking boot when you can get one off Amazon for $35… So that leaves someone with a 400 balance if you have a deductible THAT IS more than 1000% profit margin— unreal!!! beware when they just bring a form and say sign this so we can bill your insurance— while someone is in their putting a walking boot on you @orthopedicassociates
I will never go back or use their services again. The office staff are so rude! Its really bad when you like the Doctor but have had so many foul dealings with the staff it makes you go elsewhere.
great place, good service! I've had 2 knee replacements (Dr. Zaplickie) and 2 shoulder replacements (Dr. Lowery). Very happy! No more pain an increased mobility!

OA has taken beyond excellent care of me for years and years!!! I have zero complaints and an infinite amount of praise. I had double complete knee surgeries, I have had various arthritis-related problems...OA has always been amazing.
There was hardly any wait time. Everyone worked well together keeping me informed going from intake, X-Ray, to seeing the NP. The environment was clean & everyone was taking proper pre-cautions during the coronavirus pandemic we were experiencing throughout the world.
They are very quick to get your X-rays done.Then they take you from there straight to your room and less than 5 minutes they were in the room.Told us what was going on and answered any questions we had.Very great place to go for your issues.
