I was seen about 20 minutes after I arrived even after I showed up early. Dr. Thomas and all the nurses were very nice and quick. I got my hand looked at and the treatment has been going well! Definitely will come back
Waiting time to be seen is ridiculous. Other people who walked in after me were seen before me. Why schedule appointments if we gotta wait hours to be seen?
Dr is exceptional, however, every visit you end up waiting 1-3 hours to be seen after your scheduled appointment time. I have no problems waiting 30 or so minutes, however, if you were to be 2 hours late for an appt you won’t be seen.
