Very disappointed with the outcome of our visit, although I want to make it clear that the front desk and staff were amazing. Everyone we dealt with was kind, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. Unfortunately, it was the facility’s protocol that prevented them from treating our child. We brought our minor child in after an injury. He was alert, responsive, and was not displaying symptoms beyond what appeared to be a mild concussion. I have been going to Dr. Santos for a few years for spinal injections. He is hands down the best injector, with the most amazing staff! Dr. Santos has excellent bedside care, and truly cares about his patients. He clearly communicates follow-up care, and always answers my questions. His team provides the best care, support and comfort during my visits. They are all very kind. I highly recommend Dr. Santos.
The doctors and nurses are incredibly nice however some of the receptionists are not so much they're a little rough around the edges I think they need some coaching
Dr. Kneidel gave me my life back. He is the best. I had both ankles repaired after many years of misuse and countless sprains and fractures. I can not thank him enough! Now I am back to all the wonderful things that I love doing..trail running, hiking, etc. THANK YOU Darcee Brown
