He's very arrogant. At age 67 (May 2019) he replaced my right knee. For the next 5 years every step I've taken has resulted in pain on the outside of my knee. It's obvious a nerve or something was damaged. I visited his office a total of 7 times over about 1 year. Five of the 7 times I would meet with a PA or a college student, never the doctor. Everything went well but like all medical experiences lately…..why do we need so many staff….no wonder medical expenses are so high!
Dr. McAtee was very communicative and easy to talk to. He handled my case very professionally and was wonderful to count on for his services. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. McAtee and his employees are superb at what they do. I had to have a consultation for my hands and my Achilles tendon. But I have seen him multiple times for different surgeries, I have abused my body, and now I am paying for it.
Dr. McAtee is absolutely wonderful. Great personality and professional. Great surgeon and highly recommended by our family and friends.
I needed shoulder replacement surgery. Several physicians were contacted. I chose the Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center and specifically Dr. Bryce Palmgren and his excellent staff to provide the care I required. I am totally pleased with the decision I made. From beginning to end, the process and expected results were clearly explained. All questions were answered and the subsequent healthcare provided was performed exactly as described. Dr Palmgren explained my options very clearly. It was a brief meeting, but he's very friendly. He must've been very busy, because I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. That being said, I'm very impressed.
If there is anyone out there considering any kind of orthopedic surgery any time soon please reconsider if you are bring referred to the Orthopedics Surgery Center in Manhattan. Make sure you know what you sign will protect them should something happen to you during surgery that is thier mistake. You may be injured for life. This is a doctor owned facility and thier goal is all about greed. Your injury is of no importance to them even if its of thier doing. You agree to take the chance. I am a Healthcare Professional also and Dr. Palmgren really impressed me. He shook my hand when he entered the exam room and introduced himself. He asked me about my concerns and asked “tell me what you’d like me to do for you”. He kept eye contact, gave me all his attention, explained my x-rays thoroughly and provided multiple treatment options without pressure. I did not feel rushed or ignored.
