RecommendedFrom start to finish,total 7 weeks amazing experience!!! My son is 4, did not cry once. They made him feel comfortable and safe. Appointment time no issues. The staff and doctor were very helpful, friendly and most importantly informative.
Great experience with Jaimee Rad Tech and Dr. Laurel Benson. Made my son feel safe and comfortable getting his first cast. only negative experience is they told me a certain time to be there and put me down for wrong time.
Went for my daughter who had a buckle fracture. Everyone was very nice and spoke to my daughter who is 12 so she could understand. The tech that casted her was making her laugh and was excellent with kids!!
Love the staff and Dr. Riley is thorough and really cares about your child.
Great experience with the Doctor caring for my son, but office staff is rude and unprofessional, due to circumstances out of our control and their archaic technology - wait time was long. Office staff was not accommodating and was rude. When adult waiting with my son needed a Kleenex he was told NO they are available for patients only (a Kleenex we are talking about one Kleenex). Very frustrating when you have good doctors but rude staff. Would not recommend
They worked us in, in less than a week. The staff was friendly and efficient. Doctor was awesome, she took the time to talk and LISTEN to my 14.5 yr old about the pain. Sent us for an MRI then we will talk again.
