Dr. Dlabach recommended Nicole at Ortho One Physical Therapy for my shoulder. When I started 2 months ago I had acute pain, and I was so stiff I could not do normal activity. Nicole instructed, trained me through the weights and the stretch bands. My range of motion is normal now and the pain and stiffness has completely disappeared! I was authorize to come to ortho one Collierville. I did my research and found a very Prestige Doctor. My first visit went well because he was very familiar with my injury. Months later during my care the nurse Practitioner or doctor assistant was very rude. She spoke for the doctor and suggested I get a new physician. I pray she was just having a bad day, she made me have to fight for care when I am already fighting my pain from my injury.
