I never received this receipt for credit card charge I never received any paperwork leaving there so I could turn it into my accident insurance policy I have spent the entire next week on the phone with eyerybody at Ortho who doesn't seem to know how to get me my bill and a statement from the doctor about why I was at urgent Care nor did they look at my shoulder which had a replacement 15 weeks ago by Bone and joint even though when I fell I hurt that as well, didn't even look at my head which also hit the ice when I fell th... read more
I'm appalled and disappointed by the treatment my son and I received at Ortho NY. My son had a broken foot, and after X-rays, we were told he needed a boot. However, we were informed that our insurance wouldn't cover it, and we'd have to pay over $300 out of pocket. I contacted my insurance provider, and they confirmed that they do cover the boot. Great friendly staff, I was told my foot was broken at at urgent care. When in to get a permanent cast. They got me in a walking boot. Great experience.
