Beware, not what they used to be 10 years ago. Was seen by Dr Mark Kolich in May. After doing 4 months of PT and vein restoration per doctors suggestion, follow up appt to see next step toward surgery was scheduled on Aug 7th at 10:45. Office had changed appt time but failed to communicate the change to patient. Even though waiting room was empty and office knowing it was their mistake asked the doctor two times to see the patient. Arrived on time for my appointment and an hour later I’m still waiting to be seen by the doctor. Very frustrating when you have to find a babysitter and move around your schedule to be here on time, only to sit and wait. Not considerate of the patients time.

I have had Dr. Chevy, Dr. Todd and Dr Papp also Dr Ralph, the doctors are great. The call back system not so much. I was scheduled for Pickerington and got there and was told oh no it's at New Albany i had 30 mins to get to New Albany. I'm scheduled for 8-29 for pain shots and i would like to confirm this is still on and I have left a message and so has my husband. 5 hours it has been and no call back. I work in calls and know this isn't right

I needed to see a hand surgeon. The scheduler sent me to a shoulder surgeon. I went through the entire appointment, and the surgeon finally tells me that he was NOT the right surgeon to operate on my hand. When I finally got scheduled with the correct type of surgeon, they were going to recharge me for the appointment and copays even though they scheduled me incorrectly. They wouldn't waive the fees even though they wasted a few hours of my time and I was already charged for a copay with the incorrect visit.

The therapist at this facility are amazing! Their goal is to get you well without a lot of pain while doing therapy. I have never been to a therapist before where they cared so much about the patients. I had shoulder surgery and did my therapy at Ortho Neuro in New Albany for 4 1/2 months. I can honestly say this was the easiest therapy ever and I am 100% pleased with my results. Thanks so much!!
