PSA to Columbus area residents avoid OrthoNeuro at all costs. They do not process paperwork in a timely manner if you have short-term disability claims. I have called several times to the surgeon’s (Dr. Cheney) assistant Chelsea to get the paperwork sent to my short-term disability company so they can process my paperwork and pay me the benefits while I’m off of work for a broken leg.
