I was supposed to have surgery December 12th. I was not contacted on the 11th about what time I was having surgery (a spinal fusion). The doctor had cancelled it and no one let me know. He wants another surgeon with him. I could have been working so I am losing money. The doctor said I could have it at St. Ann's. Now they want to do it at a surgical center and I am not comfortable with that as I have other health issues. The office staff (Hailey) is absolutely awful at her job. RecommendedDr. Eichenseer and Dr. Stephens are both great Dr's. Dr. Eichenseer just recently done my second back surgery, the care that I recieved before, during and after was awesome ! I am now seeing Dr. Stephens for my shoulder. I may have to have surgery and I am not at all worried about the care that I will receive before, during and after ! I am very happy both of my Dr's !
