Customer beware! The lack of due diligence provided by Dr ***** office is extremely frustrating. OrthoNeuro put me through 5 different doctors visits, only to call me 2 business days before the surgery to say that insurance would not be covering the surgery and that I needed to pay out of pocket. I understand they have no control over insurance coverage, however understanding this to be the case prior to spending 10+ hours in doctors offices and missing work seems reasonable. I am writing concerning my elderly 91 year old mothers **** on 4/28/2021. She came in to have her toe nails trimmed. She had her daughter-in-law with her. You charged my mother's ****************** $302 for this service when it should have been done on a cash transaction, costing my mother about $45. Her insurance paid $4.13 and you adjusted the **** so that my mother owed $183.18 for getting her toe nails trimmed. This should have never been run through her ******************. RecommendedI knew from the get go my second back surgery was going to be a longer healing process. Dr Eichenseer and his assistant Sarah gave me the best of the best care before, during, and now after surgery. I honestly see a light at the end of this tunnel and so thrilled for the outcome. I would recommend OrthoNeuro New Albany to anyone. My wonderful doctor,(Dr Ying Chen and his assistant Kirsten), are the best of the best. After talking to friends about a lumbar surgery and Dr Chen I knew this wasn't going to be easy. I was not able to walk anymore before my surgery. Dr Chen and Kirsten are quite the team. Dr. Mark White is one of the best surgeons around. He performed 3 spinal fusions on my cervical spine and today you cant tell that i had them. Today i am Pain free and living my best life.
It was amazing. Everyone was friendly and efficiency was top notch. No sitting and waiting long periods. Was happy with all aspects of my visit.
