I had a great experience as a patient at the Ortho Midwest Surgery Center. The staff was amazing and the facility is clean and comfortable. The receptionist and nurses were all so nice and attentive. Collectively they made it a nearly stress-free experience for me. I would highly recommend the surgery center over a hospital setting.

Staff is very welcoming with a lot of manners. Doctors reacted very fast to my condition, and gave me an accurate diagnosis. Dr Kamil Okroj and his team are very smart and professional team who care about others like their own family. They got me into surgery without a second thought because of how bad my condition was. My husband recently had a surgical procedure at this facility, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The environment was calm and peaceful, and the process was efficient and well-organized. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the nurses had a wonderful sense of humor that helped to put us at ease. The lobby offered a small selection of snacks, including pretzels and fruit bars, as well as cans of Coca-Cola products and coffee.
