I was born with an L6 which over time caused severe compressions along the entire spine, scoliosis, degraded discs, two vertebrae developed a 1cm slip, and left me in a state of massively decreased quality of life. The amount of mental fortitude it takes to push through a simple store run is akin to a full day's work. It became debilitating.
