I have never had a horrible experience at a medical facility. The communication within the organization is terrible! The orthopedic that I saw prescribed an MRI. The insurance company needed additional documentation from the office and cc’d me in the request letter. When I hadn’t heard anything for a week, I called and left a message for the doctor to be sure that they were processing the information. The voicemail said I’d hear back in 1 business day. My grandmother received care here yesterday, and the experience was exceptional. Every staff member—the doctor, P.A., medical assistant, and x-ray tech—was so kind and informative! My grandmother already feels much better. Truly the best quality care!
The Doctors are great but the ladies that sit at the front has a nasty attitude. I have ask her not to speak to me like am a child. Have to walk outside and return the other lady was giving me attitude when I ask her a question.
