Every single person we encountered from day one to after surgery was absolutely incredible. They were patient, took their time to explain and answer any questions, and most importantly made my very scared daughter feel at ease.
Everyone in the office including receptionists and doctors were extremely friendly and very focused on providing good customer service, very impressed with their operation.
Jenny was great. Very thorough and helpful. Was a walk in and seen in less than 20 mins. Kind and welcoming receptionists. Pleasant experience given the circumstances of having to go in.
I have never had a horrible experience at a medical facility. The communication within the organization is terrible! The orthopedic that I saw prescribed an MRI. The insurance company needed additional documentation from the office and cc’d me in the request letter. When I hadn’t heard anything for a week, I called and left a message for the doctor to be sure that they were processing the information. The voicemail said I’d hear back in 1 business day.
