Don't go see Dr. Hubler if you smoke. He will basically treat you like a criminal and tell you to come back when you quit. But will offer no help to quit. Just go see your gp. Come back when you are nicotine negative. Nicotine leaves your body in 4 hours. It's the other chemicals they add in the tobacco. It's stupid crazy how you have to see 12 different doctors for different parts of the same issue, because not one of them knows complete anatomy or treatment. Forget about cure!
