We had an amazing experience from the time we walked in the door until the time we were discharged. The staff from the surgeons to the RN to the techs were all very attentive, not only to the patient but to the patient’s family. If you have to be in a hospital, this is the place you want to be
Honestly if I could leave zero stars or negative stars I would. Our issues started with visiting urgent care for a broke arm on a Sunday. It was the only urgent care open so I drove an hour assuming all follow up care could be done at the fishers office 5 minutes from my house. They essentially held my sons care hostage and refused to let us be seen at any other provider due to a claim of “global billing”. Excellent Care at OrthoIndy Greenwood My mom recently had knee surgery at OrthoIndy Greenwood, and we had a great experience. The surgeon(Dr Mitch Beckert) was highly skilled and took the time to explain everything clearly. The nurses were compassionate, attentive, and made sure she was comfortable throughout her stay. The physical therapists(Brent ) were excellent, helping her recover with patience and expertise. We truly appreciate the outstanding care she received. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. MY BOYFRIEND PAYS FOR INSURANCE HE IS NOT UNDER THE GRACE OF MEDICAID... HE HAD TO PAY A EXTRQ OF COURSE BUT OUT OF THE 6 THOUSAND $6000.00 HE WAS CHAGED HIS INSURANCE PAID $4000 FOR HIS ESTEROID BACK PAIN SHOT THAT BTW WAS PUT WRONG AFTER A 1H WAIT IN A ROOM WHILE THEY WERE "HAVING LUNCH?" AND THEN THEY JUST PUT IT ON A NEVER IN THE LOWER BACK...
