Going for spine pain was a waste of time. Poor explanations. The neurologist was very rude to the check out employee. He failed to give her adequate information. Do not plan to return or recommend to anyone. Still in pain with no improvement.
Not very helpful for my broken finger.
Made an appointment 2.5 weeks ago. I was asked if the number I was calling from would be my contact number & I said yes. Took the day off from work (which wasn’t easy to do). Get to the appointment 20 minutes early to find out they have been calling my old home number to cancel. That number was never even discussed I haven’t even had a home phone for at least 7-10 yrs, I gave my cell number. We had an amazing experience from the time we walked in the door until the time we were discharged. The staff from the surgeons to the RN to the techs were all very attentive, not only to the patient but to the patient’s family. If you have to be in a hospital, this is the place you want to be
