I don’t appreciate the “care” that my mother in law is currently receiving from Dr. Kendall and his team. She was brought in and had her knee replacement surgery. She expressed concern about her sciatica pain and felt that something had gone wrong after a nerve block was done. The nurse just brushed it off. After the surgery she went home. I really like Dr. Kendall. He’s a very good doctor. However, I had an appointment today, I was in extreme pain and needed an injection in my knee. Which they have done before. I drove out there to his office. Only to see a note on the door that they had moved. I never received a notice that they were moving and when I made the appointment, the person never said by the way they have moved and here’s a new address. Your staff knew a week ago what my insurance was. Why not call me and ward me off? Two of those three stars are because i like you Dr Kendall.
Dr. Kendall is an amazing doctor. He thoroughly explained and helped me understand my medical issues and treatment options. The procedure he performed greatly decreased the issue and enabled me to get back to my normal level of activity. I really appreciate his expertise and amazing work. Thank you, Dr. Kendall!
