I was so happy to have my braces with Dr. Unruh. It was so well worth the time and money. I'm always impressed with the patience that Dr. Unruh has to answer my questions completely. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident about the future. They made sure every question I had was answered, and I felt very confident leaving my orthodontic needs in their care. His staff is wonderfully and very welcoming. I saw Dr. Unruh over a year ago for my orthodontic needs. I had a very unique case and was very worried that this problem would not be able to be corrected. However, to my delight Dr. Unruh was able to give me the perfect smile I have always wanted. His staff was always pleasent and always willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. When Dr. Unruh purchased his practice from Dr. Welch I was a patient. I was on my second set of braces with Dr. Welch due to an ill fitting retainer. Dr Welch was very helpful and started to correct my alignment. He gave me a discount on my services since I was a recent patient and he remembered the problems we had with my retainer fittings. Dr. Welch introduced me to Dr. Unruh who was very pleasant that visit. I saw Dr Welch two more times during the transition. Took my son in to this orthodontist per the dentists instructions because he had a odd tooth turned sideways in the front of his mouth. They said that it was too early to do anything about it and to come back in 6 months so they could check it again. They suggested a type of treatment. Came back 6 months later, same answer, went back another 6 months later and they asked me what we expected them to do to fix the tooth. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately!
