This place has succumbed to its greed and selfishness, and the patrons who attend pay the price with overbooking and sloppy craftsmanship.
We had to move to different city, they made great efforts to make the transfer smoothly and successfully. They are surprising honest and communicative, when I found some charges were not very clear, they kept talking with me and once they found that they overcharged me, they just gave me refund right away. I can feel that they do care about their customer a lot and is ready to provide the best service all the time. Really lucky that we chose them to help our daughter.

Warning: Dr. Moldez is probably the worst human I have ever been in contact wtih in my entire life. Very rude and careless. My tongue is in extreme pain every minute of every day since Dr. Moldez spilled etching chemical in my mouth 3.5 months ago in May 2022. I have filed a personal injury claim and reported Dr. Moldez to the Dental Surgeons of BC association. I would highly recommend going anywhere else.
As another orthodontist, I can state that Dr. Marlon Moldez is amongst the finest, most qualified, and caring orthodontists in our specialty. Five stars all the way!
