Front desk clerk is horrible. Never answers the phone , never calls back. You have to personally go to the office to make appointments, And insurance process for dental work approval. She is incompetent and ignorant. Her attitude is disgraceful. She is incompetent and ignorant. Nurses and Doctor are amazing. Her face tells you she hates her job!
We had such a great experience with everyone of the office. The Orthodontist is fantastic. The staff is caring and great at what they do. We’re all done with the braces!! Thank you to you all! My sons teeth are straight and look amazing! He’s so happy with his new smile. Take care all and a million thanks!
I used to go here and they were pretty decent. Your usual orthodontist, but when I got my braces off, they told me come back after 2 weeks without a retainer. When I came back, the retainer didn’t fit obviously because my teeth had shifted! They gave me another impression and other retainers and my teeth are not fully straight but straight enough. Overall, it’s alright but For the people who run it, they should space out their appointments because they are overbooked and give retainers earlier after people get they’re braces... read more
Terrible customer service! Got braces off and top is still crooked! My daughter hated going to them . Front desk never answers the phone and is super rude if they do. My other daughter got braces out west at Omaha orthodontics and they are hands down WAY better in every area of business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!!
