I was a client here starting 5 years ago, being told that I would only have braces on for maybe 2.5-3 years. 5 years later I still have braces to this day because my orthodontist did not tell me about my treatment or that the course of treatment she was doing was not working, resulting in an extra 3 years of braces to make up for the time she had wasted.
I had brases I got them off on Jan. The front tooth there is black thing in the middle so the orthodontic told me I had to go see dentest I went and they said it's space so now am trying to get hold of drdr:shereen but they closed their office why! I have no idea .
I was wanting to be with my fiancé in the back while she got her braces put on but was very clearly told that would not be an option. The dental clinics I’ve been to have always allowed that so I’m not sure what’s up with this dental clinic. Disappointed with their front desk service. Unfriendly and not helpful at all.
We have just embarked on this journey of braces with our 13 year old. Our original appointment was at no charge, and they were very clear with the financial end of thing going in and very patient with all my questions. So far very happy with Dr. Chana and the staff!
