The staff at OE are always so friendly and accommodating! Dr. Shannon always greets both my daughter and me or my husband with a smile and a friendly welcome! We have never waited more than 5-10 minutes to be seen (and we are usually always early, so we actually get seen earlier than our scheduled time)! They do not rush you into a decision and were very honest from the beginning! My granddaughter is a patient here and they are the most friendly polite generous people. She had an appointment today and her mom is in the hospital and running late they were very nice about getting her in to take care of the broken wire. Thank you all for your smiling faces
Dr Shannon and his staff are Amazing! They are so helpful and my boys feel right at home. My oldest son had braces from someone else and his teeth went right back that’s when we found Dr Shannon , it has been 5yrs since he got them off and they are still just as perfect as the day he got them off now we are fixing to start with the other and of course it will be with Dr Shannon.
