I believe this is the same Dr. Hodge who had an office in Lutz 20 years ago. I was his patient then at 15 years old. About 8 years ago I moved back into the area and I went back to him with my original retainers. My teeth had shifted a bit and as a result I have jaw clicking and pain. When I went to him, he adjusted my retainers for free and thanked me for taking care of my teeth and coming back to him. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality Did the orthodontist spend time with you during your visit? No, I didn't even see the orthodontist!

They had some of the most flexible financing options I've ever seen Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They seemed to be an expert in every type of braces. They fully explained the advantages and disadvantages of everything from metal braces to Invisalign. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I would definitely say that this was a kid-friendly orthodontist. How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They didn't go into to much depth about how my teeth will look after the braces. I wasn't able to see any pictures or anything. The doctor didn't use gloves when he checked my teeth and used the same utensil on every patient without sterilizing it.
