I LOVE Orthodontic Experts Chicago on Kedzie. The staff is so knowledgeable, relatable, friendly, and very welcoming. I enjoyed Brenda. Brenda was my braces technician and she was PHENOMENAL. She was sooo sweet and knowledgeable. I’m blessed to have found such a great orthodontic office. I’ll see you all in 8 weeks ❤️.
To whom this may concern my experience at orthodontist experts was magical experience for me as mother and my children Dwayne Jones Jr. was the patient they had great customer service and get you in and out without wasting any time I love this dentist I referred them to all my family members and families to go here to get the experience I got thanks gladly appreciate🤲🏾💐🥰
Great customer service over the phone and in person. I was a bit nervous because I wasn't sure if I was able to go through with getting braces; however, Alexandra and Dr. Mira were so kind and knowledgeable. They listened and answered all my questions and concerns which eased my nerves. I'm so happy with my decision in getting the ceramic braces and very satisfied with my experience. I definitely recommend Dr. Mira and I will be taking my children there as well.
Wonderful experience so far! Alex has been thorough, professional, efficient, and personable during both appointments. Lizbeth explained everything she was doing to my son in a gentle way that helped ease his nerves. She was patient and encouraging while she worked. My son is excited to have his braces and looking forward to his next appointment.
The experience was amazing! Ms. Shimada was very helpful and educated me on my questions. She handled my son with care, and encouraged my younger son as well! Definitely recommend!
