Months in and my experience here at Dental Aligners had been so good and smooth. Every appointment, I haven’t had any problems. My teeth are aligning up perfectly fine and I am really excited for when the day comes to get them taken off. :)
The technology seems great even though I just started (2 months in) and haven’t seen significant results yet. The service is horrible. One of my attachments fell and I haven’t been able to schedule an appointment to get them fixed for about 3 weeks already. Their availability is very limited if you actually need to see a person. Their start times are 10:00 AM the earliest and 4 PM the latest which makes it pretty difficult if you work full time. I also had an appointment scheduled within that time frame. Exactly what I was looking for! It has the best mix of new technology and in-person expert service. 10/10 in my book! I need my smile touched up after I had braces as a teenager but I didn’t want the high costs of an orthodontist or the uncertainty of one of those “do-it-yourself” online apps where you never meet a real person (that’s just scary, who does that?!?)
