Well, the previous doctor left, and guess what, all a mess again. They tell you tour appointment times, then you may be several messages changing the time. They dont care if the person is a student. They will have your scheduled at 10 am or 115. The schedule phone call is "in order to service you better we moved your appointment" . 5 years of this, and now his retainer is cracked after 2 months. So basically I had an appointment on Feb 13th to get my braces changed. The lady who worked on my braces was rushing and ended up putting the wrong color in my mouth I specifically told her I wanted Teal but I end up having green and blue I didn’t even notice until I was have way home
Great visit they are excellent, Customer Care always friendly staff overall great
Lisa was very kind and helpful. She had me in and out of my appointments.
