I'm totally dissatisfied with the treatment that I have experienced at the McDonough location. The front office staff does not take the time out to hear your concerns especially the office manager. Most times she discouraging and lacks professionalism. It's like a clinic the appointments are always overbooked and the doctor doesn't have time to speak with you or return phone calls. My daughter and I have received services from the McDonough, GA location and are extremely happy with the staff service. Staff has always been helpful to address any concerns. I was in an accident during my treatment and received a tremendous amount of support during my recovery. Anna and the front office staff are always pleasant.
