Had surgery here yesterday and it was one of the best hospitals I have been to. Super nice and amazing staff. Very clean. Made my surgery experience so much better. They all treat you with respect and take their time with you. Not making you feel like your just another patient having surgery. Wish I could name every team member but there were so many and everyone of them deserve this five star rating. I had hip replacement surgery here and can truly the facility was very nice. What set it apart was the staff who were kind, professional and caring. I would like to special shout out to Jenna who was my intake nurse. She put me at ease, removed any fear I may have had and made me smile and laugh while going through a very stressful time. This is not to discount the rest of the staff who were all truly wonderful.

From my own experience the night shift Nurses have Zero Empathy towards their patients, I was literally afraid for my life.

A few of the nursing and auxiliary staff were the best part about OrthoColorado; they know who they are. The worst was the case management. It's best summed up by the case manager who said, "Well, I probably won't see you again so good luck with your referral." Go to a regular inpatient hospital for a hip replacement, especially if it's your first time. Oh, and heads up: hip replacement is considered to be an outpatient procedure at OrthoColorado.
