Total chaos when I had two surgeries in the last year. Understaffed, massive confusion day of surgery about time of the procedure, nurses completely overworked and could not manage their patient load pre or post surgery, no recovery room open when I woke up, so I laid in a lot of pain in a big room while they waited for a recovery room. Recently had a Ganz surgery completed here and the staff here are truly the best there is. A special thank you to Subrina (CNA) Heidi (Night Nurse) Allison (Day Nurse) Diane (PT) Patricia (PT) Dr Patel I could not have gotten through this without these wonderful people and staff. Thank you all so much.

False billing - don't give up! I had shoulder replacement here and received a bill for physical therapy from OrthoColorado on the SAME day as my surgery. No therapy was done (and I know what if would entail having many hours of PT on my other shoulder). I was in and out same day - and it was late so no tasty hospital dinner either. I've gone back and forth, back and forth, with them, then got a collection notice for PT that was never performed.
